Η ομάδα Satori είναι μία καλλιτεχνική και ψυχαγωγική ομάδα, η οποία προσπαθεί ανελειπώς τα τελευταία χρόνια να τοποθετήσει στην θέση του πρωταγωνιστή το κοινό. Μέσα από διαδραστικά θεατρικά performances, παιχνίδια και events σε όλη την πόλη δημιουργεί τις προϋποθέσεις για να νιώσουν όλοι καταλύτες σε μία ευρεία γκάμα από ιστορίες και σενάρια γραμμένα από τα μέλη της. Πλέον κάνει το κινηματογραφικό της ντεμπούτο μέσα από την ταινία People.
Satori Drama Team is an artistic and entertaining team constantly trying over the last few years to transform the audience into protagonists and creators. This is being accomplished through interactive theatrical performances, games and events at home and throughout the city within a wide variety of stories and scripts created by Satori members. Now, Satori Drama Team makes its film debut with the experimental film “People”.
Η Λέσχη Αναιρέσεις (Ιπποκράτους 175) είναι ένας ελεύθερος χώρος στο κέντρο της πόλης, ο οποίος προωθεί μέσω της δράσης του μία διαφορετική πολιτισμική πρόταση. Στον φιλόξενο χώρο της πραγματοποιούνται πολιτικές και πολιτισμικές δραστηριότητες και όλα τα μέλη της είναι ιδιαιτέρως περήφανα που είναι αρωγοί στην δημιουργία της ταινίας People.
Lesxi Anaireseis (located at Ippokratous Str. 175, Athens City) is a space at the very heart of Athens City trying to promote a different approach regarding art and culture in general. There are being held lots of cultural and political events within its hospitable environment and all of its members are very proud to co- produce with Satori Drama Team the film “People”.
Pavlos Iordanopoulos (Director)
Γεννήθηκε το 1989 στην Αθήνα. Από μικρός έδειχνε ιδιαίτερη αγάπη στις τέχνες και κυρίως στον κινηματογράφο. Γι' αυτό και πέρασε μόνο δύο χρόνια στο Μαθηματικό Τμήμα του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών μέχρι να πάρει τη μεγάλη απόφαση και να σπουδάσει αυτό που ονειρευόταν. Όντας πλέον απόφοιτος του Ωδείου Αθηνών (Τμήμα Υποκριτικής) και έχοντας συμμετάσχει σε πλειάδα βραβευμένων ταινιών κάνει το σκηνοθετικό του ντεμπούτο με τη ταινία "People".
He was born in 1989, Athens, Greece. Since he was a little boy, he particularly liked to go to the movies. That's why he dropped out of the Mathematical Department of the University of Athens to pursue what he loved. After graduating Athens Conservatoire Drama School and participating in many awarded films, he makes his debut as a director in the experimental film "People".
Manos Manouselis (Producer)
Γεννήθηκε το 1986 στην Αθήνα. Από μικρός παρακολουθούσε μανιωδώς ταινίες στη μεγάλη και τη μικρή οθόνη. Αποφοίτησε από το Πολυτεχνείο Αθηνών και παρόλο που δουλεύει περιστασιακά ως μηχανικός, βλέπει κάθε καινούρια ταινία που κυκλοφορεί και γράφει συνεχώς σενάρια και διηγήματα. Έχοντας ασχοληθεί παλαιότερα με την παραγωγή ταινιών και θεατρικών παραστάσεων θεωρεί ότι η τανία "People" είναι το πιο ενδιαφέρον πείραμα στο οποίο έχει συμμετάσχει.
He was born in 1986, Athens, Greece. He has been frantically watching movies since he was a boy. He has graduated from the National Technical University of Athens and although he occasionally works as an engineer, he never misses the chance to watch a new movie or write scripts and novels. He has participated in the production of films and theatrica plays, but he insists that the movie "People" is the most interesting experiment of his life so far.
Steven Gekas (Director of Photography)
O Στέφανος Γκέκας γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη στις 29 Δεκεμβρίου του 1994. Είναι απόφοιτος του Akmi Metropolitan College (μέλος του Queen Margaret University) με ειδικότητα στη Σκηνοθεσία κινηματογράφου. Έχοντας ήδη σκηνοθετήσει αρκετές ταινίες και έχοντας πάρει μέρος σε πολυάριθμα φεστιβάλ, δηλώνει ενθουσιασμένος για τη διαφορετική προσπάθεια που ξεκινάει η ταινία "People".
Steven Gekas was born on December 29 of the year 1994 in Thessaloniki. He has graduated from Akmi Metropolitan College (member of Queen Margaret University). He has directed many movies, participated in numerous festivals and according to him he is excited to be a part of the "People" project.
Stefanos Mouroutsos
(Sound and Music Department)
Ο Στέφανος γεννήθηκε στις 21/12/1993. Φοίτησε στο Καλλιτεχνικό σχολείο Γέρακα από όπου του δόθηκε και το έναυσμα για να ασχοληθεί με την τέχνη και ειδικότερα την μουσική. Έχοντας πλέον ήδη Audio Engineering Diploma στην SAE δεν σταματάει να μαθαίνει και να εξερευνά τα όρια του εαυτού του. Για αυτό άλλωστε παρακολουθεί μαθήματα τζαζ κιθάρας, αλλά και φωνητικής πλάι σε καταξιωμένους δασκάλους. Η ταινία "People" τον κάνει να χαμογελάει γιατί εκτός από υπεύθυνος ήχου θα του επιτρέψει να κάνει και αυτό που αγαπάει ιδιαίτερα. Τη σύνθεση μουσικής.
Stefanos was born in 21-12-1993. He graduated from Gerakas Art High School. It was there, where he discovered his big passion about art and more specifically music. He has already a SAE Audio Engineering Diploma but he is constantly pursuing more. That’s why he is taking jazz guitar as well as vocal lessons alongside experienced teachers. The movie “People” makes him smile even more cause apart from the sound, he is also in charge of the music composition and department, which is according to him his true passion and calling.
Eleni Lazarides (Assistant Dop)
Η Ελένη Λαζαρίδη γεννήθηκε το 1994 στην Αθήνα. Αποφοίτησε από το Akmi Metropolitan College με Bachelor στη σκηνοθεσία κινηματογράφου. Από τον πρώτο χρόνο των σπουδών της έχει σκηνοθετήσει πέντε ταινίες μικρού μήκους. Το πάθος της για τον κινηματογράφο είναι έκδηλο με το που τη γνωρίσεις. Όλοι οι άνθρωποι, όλοι οι "People" με περηφάνια δηλώνουν ότι δεν θα μπορούσαν να βρουν καλύτερη και πιο αφοσιωμένη βοηθό φωτογραφίας.
Eleni Lazarides was born in Athens, Greece, in 1994. She graduated from A.M.C. (Akmi Metropolitan College) with a Bachelor's degree in Media Production - Film Directing. Since the first year of her studies, she has directed five short films. Her passion for film making is more than obvious when you get to meet her. “People” proudly state that they couldn’t find a more devoted Assistant Dop.
Maria Pisina (Graphic Designer)
Η Μαρία γεννήθηκε το 1991 στην Αθήνα. Από μικρή είχε έντονη κλίση στην ζωγραφικήκαι της άρεσε ιδιαίτερα να διαβάζει ποίηση και λογοτεχνία. Τελικά κατάφερε να συνδυάσει και τα δύο, σπουδάζοντας στο Τμήμα Φιλολογίας του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και όντας πλέον στην καλλιτεχνική διεύθυνση των Εκδόσεων Μαΐστρος. Έχει ασχοληθεί με το graphic designing πλήθους πολιτιστικών γεγονότων και θεατρικών events και πλέον δηλώνει έτοιμη για να προβάλει με εικόνες την μαγεία των καθημερινών "People".
Maria was born in 1991, Athens City, Greece. She has particularly liked drawing, reading poetry and literature as a little girl. She managed to combine both by studying in the Department of Literature of the University of Athens and being in charge of the Art Directing of Maistros Publications. She has worked as a graphic designer in many cultural and theatrical events and she is ready to recreate everyday "People's" magic through her pictures and drawings.
Danai Elefsinioti (Costume Designer)
Η Δανάη είναι σκηνογράφος και ενδυματολόγος. Γεννήθηκε το 1986 στην Αθήνα. Σπούδασε αρχιτεκτονική εσωτερικού χώρου και σκηνογραφία ενώ ταυτόχρονα δούλευε παράλληλα ως βοηθός πλάι σε έμπειρους ενδυματολόγους και σκηνογράφους. Αυτές οι εμπειρίες της επέτρεψαν να δουλέψει αργότερα σε αναρίθμητες παραγωγές του κινηματογράφου και του θεάτρου ενώ τακτικά δουλέυει και ως art director σε διαφημιστικές καμπάνιες. Όταν άκουσε για το project "People" μας είπε: "Εννοείται μέσα!".
Danai is a set decorator and costume designer. She was born in 1986, Athens city, Greece. During her studies in Interior Architecture she worked alongside experienced costume designers and set decorators. She has worked in numerous cinema and theatrical productions and also as an art director in advertising campaigns. When she heard about the "People" project her exact words were: "Count me in!"
Eleni Mpoulasiki (Make up Artist)
Η Ελένη γεννήθηκε το 1992 στην Λάρισα. Αποφοίτησε από το ΑΤΕΙ του Τμήματος Αισθητικής και Κοσμητολογίας ενώ συνεχίζει μέχρι και σήμερα την εξειδίκευση της στο επαγγελματικό μακιγιάζ μέσω του ΙΕΚ ΑΚΜΗ. Από μικρή της άρεσε να φροντίζει τους ανθρώπους, να τους καλλωπίζει και να τους ομορφαίνει και έπειτα από τις πρώτες της δουλειές ως make up artist σε αρκετές ταινίες και διαφημιστικά σποτς, ήρθε η ώρα να περιποιηθεί και να φροντίσει τους everyday "People".
Eleni was born in 1992, Larissa, Greece. She has graduated from the Cosmetics Department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and continues her specialization in Make up through IEK AKMI. She particularly liked as a little girl to take care and beautify people around her and after her first experiences as a professional make up artist in several movies and advertisements she believes its time to take good care of the everyday "People".
